Tabloid rag The Sun reports that footballer Ashley Cole and Jay-Z plan to go in to business together. The pair plan on opening a restaurant and night club in London. WSBTV reports that police found a burglary suspect dangling from razor wire atop a northwest Atlanta fence Monday.
