Via The Mail Dragons’ Den star Levi Roots is being sued by an old friend who claims that he is the real inventor of the entrepreneur’s famous Reggae Reggae Sauce. Tony Bailey, who worked with Mr Roots for 17 years on a food stall, has filed a claim in the High Court for more than £300,000. Via BBC News A man who police described as acting “like a wild animal” has been jailed for beating his former head teacher unconscious in a restaurant. Jermaine Carl Bullen, 26, of Albion Road, in Freehold, Rochdale, pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent at Bolton Crown Court. [Thanks Kaydine] Via BBC News A 16-year-old girl who was shot in the neck at a takeaway restaurant in east London has died. Agnes Sina-Inakoju was shot through the window of Hoxton Chicken and Pizza on Hoxton Street in Hackney by two people on bikes on Wednesday night.
