Irish twins Jedward have made it through to the Eurovision Song Contest final and will perform their song (Ireland’s entry) Lipstick tomorrow in Germany. Watch their performance below at the Semi-Finals last night. Hahahahaha! Jedward are RIDICULOUS – just STUPID! But the song is kind of catchy. Hahaha! This is what Eurovision is about. 30 years ago today the legendary Bob Marley died. In July 1977, Marley was found to have acral lentiginous melanoma, a form of malignant melanoma. The cancer eventually spread to his lungs and brain and he died at Miami’s Cedars of Lebanon Hospital (now University of Miami Hospital) at the age of 36 on May11 1981. …………………………………………………….. LEGEND!!! His music will never ever die. Rest In Peace Nesta Robert Marley.

Singer Jason Derulo agreed to strip off for Cosmo Magazine to help raise awareness for testicular cancer. Via Trini Trent Every year a host of famous male celebrities agree to pose naked for this campaign but I wonder if the majority of men out there actually take the message on board, or do they find the campaign a bit of a turn off?

‘Hold Me Down’ is the debut single from new artist MyM’s (real name Maryam Shofowora). The single will be featured on her debut album ‘Changing Rooms’ to be released in late 2011. The 23 year old from South London describes her sound as “a mixture of genre fusing different styles together”, using a lot of live instruments giving it that theatrical edge” LISTEN TO HOLD ME DOWN Hold Me Down will be released on the 21 April 2011

Those of you who tuned in to the Channel 4 documentary series The Family will no doubt remember self-employed web designer Ayo Adesina aka MC Dark-E who dreamed of Hip Hop stardom, and sat in his bedroom making beats and writing rhymes. Well Mr “I’m young and I’m black surrounded by crack” is still pursuing his dream of Hip Hop superstardom, and his debut single Miss Education will be released on the 16 May. Pop Dash reports that writers from the hit Channel 4 show the Inbetweeners have expressed interest in writing a new comedy series starring Dizzee Rascal. A “source” apparently told tabloid rag The Sun (who seem to be huge “supporters” of any and everything “URBAN” these days) Damon and Iain like the idea of making a funny show about a rapper. The Long Beach Press-Telegram reports that singer Nate Dogg (real name Nathaniel D. Hale) has died. The cause of death has not been specified yet. The star had however been in ill-health for sometime and suffered two strokes – one in 2007, the other in 2008. Nobody could write or sing a hook like Nate. When he teamed up with Snoop Dogg, Dre and the Dogg Pound it was just pure magic. Rest In Peace Nathaniel D. Hale aka Nate Dogg.
