Via BBC News Reports are coming in that the Nigerian President Umaru Yar’Adua has died. A spokesman in the president’s office said Mr Yar’Adua died on Wednesday, but there’s been no official announcement yet. While lurking over at Miss Lala Report I came across footage of the Candy Magazine launch party and “fashion show”, that took place on the 18th December 2009. Via BBC News A Pakistan-born US citizen has been charged with terrorism over the failed car-bomb attack in New York’s Times Square on Saturday. Faisal Shahzad, 30, was also charged with attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction, according to documents filed at Manhattan federal court.
