Hit ITV 1 “reality” show The Only Way Is Essex (TOWE) is back on our screens and has to be the funniest show on television at the moment. Anyway several weeks ago the lovely Harry celebrated his seventeenth birthday, turned up to his party dressed as Lady Gaga and treated his guests to a spectacular and well choreographed dance routine. Congratulations to Kenya’s Emmanuel Mutai (2:04:40) who won the men’s race and broke the record with the fastest-ever time and Mary Keitany who won the women’s race. The 26.2-mile event from Blackheath to Buckingham Palace started this morning at 9am.

Thousands of supporters and family members of 80s Reggae star Smiley Culture (real name David Emmanuel) marched to Metropolitan Police headquarters New Scotland Yard yesterday (16 April) calling for a public inquiry in to his death. David died during a police raid inside his home on March 15 and according to the MET died from a stab wound to the chest while “making a cup of tea”. Rest In Peace David Emmanuel aka Smiley Culture.

There seems to be a lot of changes taking place over at Choice FM. First it was announced that ‘Britain’s number 1 comedian’ Kojo is taking over the weekday breakfast show with co-host Max and now Eddie’s jumping on board the good ship Choice. ‘Hold Me Down’ is the debut single from new artist MyM’s (real name Maryam Shofowora). The single will be featured on her debut album ‘Changing Rooms’ to be released in late 2011. The 23 year old from South London describes her sound as “a mixture of genre fusing different styles together”, using a lot of live instruments giving it that theatrical edge” LISTEN TO HOLD ME DOWN Hold Me Down will be released on the 21 April 2011

Reggae star Smiley Culture (real name David Emmanuel) died during a poilce raid inside his home in March, and the Metropolitan Police still haven’t released much information regarding his death. They however would like the public to believe their story that David stabbed himself to death while making a cup of tea during the raid. Last night I attended the official launch of British actor Aml Ameen’s film and television production company, AmeenDream Entertainment held at UK film body headquarters BAFTA.
