Via BBC News Tottenham MP David Lammy has said he refused to attend a vigil for Mark Duggan because he did not want to share a platform with “anarchist groups”. BBC 1 Xtra presenter Sarah-Jane “I bridge the gap between middle England and the street” Crawford, graces the front cover of The Sun’s weekly ‘glossy’ Fabulous Magazine. According to Fabulous Sarah-Jane is one of the ‘future stars of music, TV and comedy’ and she will also ‘rock your world’. It always makes me laugh when the media attempts to tell us what is cool and who we should embrace. Anyway congratulations Sarah-Jane.

A misleading article published on The Guardian website has angered actor Noel Clarke. According to blogger and film critic Ben Child, Clarke’s horror flick Storage 24 was America’s lowest grossing film of 2013. Via BBC News Mark Duggan, whose death sparked riots in England in 2011, was lawfully killed by police, an inquest jury has concluded by a majority of 8 to 2. The 29-year-old was shot dead by armed officers in August 2011 in Tottenham, north London.
