Marvyn began to practice saying positive affirmations with his two children realising that they might face challenges when on their own at school. Realising that it is easier to raise healthy children than fix unhealthy adults he decided to help boost their own confidence and feelings of self-worth by repeating positive phrases with them each day. In I Love Me! he gives tips on how to use the phrases in daily life.
