In its inaugural year, the awards have attracted hundreds of online votes participating in the process of rooting for women of colour – many of whom are often overlooked in similar categories in mainstream awards. Twenty-one fabulous women have today been shortlisted for a chance to win a Precious Lifestyle Award as selected by the general public in 7 out of the 12 categories.
