Last week Capital Xtra’s resident Hip Hop DJ, Tim ‘big dawg’ Westwood, spread his brand of nonsense to Lagos Nigeria.

The Industry Nite threw up quite the spectacle . It was a special ‘Industry Nite with Europe’s finest disc jockey, Tim Westwood, where the legendary DJ was in his element, thrilling the audience with his mix, and interjecting vocals.

Then all you hear is Rick Ross rapping “I ride for my niggas”.

I can’t….

And what’s this?

“Tim Westwood is one of the first DJs to play African music in the UK” and Tim “has single handedly promoted Afro Beats and Nigerian music”.
