Lovena Brown and members from the FFBJ (Facilitators For A better Jamaica (FFBJ) Sylbourne Sydial and Malik Muhammad discuss the international lobbying campaign aimed at British Airways and Virgin Atlantic regarding the exorbitant airfares from the United Kingdom to Jamaica. The aim is to work in conjunction with both airlines to achieve two major changes:
1. To see average airfares from the United Kingdom to Jamaica being reduced to around £500.
2 . To see an increase of baggage allowance from one(1) to two (2) free suitcases per person (each weighing 23kg).

This petition business is foolishness, blacks need to start speak with their money and simply buy flights from other airlines. ThomsonFly do direct flights to Jamaica for around the £500 mark. The petition route has never worked for us before and nothing is going to change now. Black folks need to learn this.
