Several months ago Dizzee Rascal took to his Twitter account and slammed BBC Radio 1 for refusing to add his new single to their playlist. Click here to read all about it.
But now Dizzee (as expected) has apologised for his outburst.
The star tweeted:
Sorry to @BBCR1 playlist team for calling you c*cksuckers. Even if u were cocksuckers it’s not my place call u c*cksuckers.
I’m just a passionate artist and sometimes we get a bit carried away @BBCR1 I recognise you’ve got a job to do. Merry Xmas!
Although I don’t agree that ‘it’s not a good time for Urban artists’ (your words) I accept you can pick whatever the f**k you want!
‘Its not a good time for “URBAN” artists’
Translation – You had a good run negro now get lost.
Oh dear. I guess the ‘love affair’ with UK “URBAN” acts like yourself Dizzie is over.
HILARIOUS!

Oh dear, Dizzee, what their telling you is that “the party is done” there is “no more room at the inn”.
They gave him a rope, he took it and hang himself.
