Yeah, jay z needs to respect those that created a path and platform for him to spew his nonsense. What is wrong with these youngins who don’t know their history?
I remember when Lauryn Hill said that artists should respect those that came before them instead of dissing them. This was when Nicki Minaj dragged MJ through theud in her songs( why is it that it’s the empty tins that say the most nothing smh anyway), and for some reason she was put on blast and shut down so quickly, called a has been, trifling whore, etc etc ( i bet by all the degenerate New breed of artists and their mindless brain dead American fans, drama queens and kings smh).
And here we are, talking about the same thing. Belafonte fortunately has and speaks with a lot of authority.
I’ve got a lot of respect for Jamie Foxx after that, and also what Harry Belafonte done for Coretta, a lot of people wouldn’t do that.
