Coronation Street actor Chris Fountain has been sacked by the soap after he was exposed as a masked rapper who posted strongly worded videos online.
The YouTube clips purportedly showed Fountain rapping about raping women and committing violent acts in the guise of his alter-ego “The Phantom”.
The 25-year-old had been suspended, but an ITV spokesman confirmed his contract had been terminated.
Fountain had offered apologies for any offence he had caused. Continue Reading….
Oh dear Chris… when “keeping it real” goes oh so wrong.
I wonder who sold him out to The Sun.

On the BBC website it said “The clips, which are no longer available to view, featured Fountain wearing a Halloween mask, miming stabbing motions and claiming he was “bored with fame”.
Well the law of Attraction worked for him because he has no job so he can go and live a normal life seeing as he was so bored with it. Be careful what you speak into your life. Ha!
I’m glad they sacked him. At this rate Corrie will have no male stars left with some of their perverted antics.
I have to say that when I see news like this, it really makes me think, do men actually “like” women? Not as in “like to have sex with”, but really “like” women as beings. Chris is just one out of many young men whos thoughts and views on women are very warped. I think there are a cross section of men who believe that its really acceptable to spout this misogynistic vile rubbish about females. Its really sad to see, but in the same breathe, there are many women who perpetrate and almost verify these thoughts that men have about women, when they go about using desperate measures to try and get a mans attention. Its a cycle which tends to be growing, and needs to be stopped. Respect needs to be formed from both parties, otherwise will will continue to see the hate grow
This is what happens when you listen to Nicki minaj, Rick Ross, Giggs,Chief Keef, T Pain, Jay z. You get the dark twisted phantasy of what hip hop is. It’s definitely not phantom of the opera meets Rick Ross.
Maybe now he can take up rapping as a second career. Silly man, what was he thinking? I can’t see him getting his career back on track anytime soon. We might see him in big brother, I am a celebrity get me out of here or some reality show if he is lucky. This can come out on his records as if he has a criminal record. Smh
I agree with this there are too many men who seem to despise women, but think they like women because they will have sex with one!
