On Wednesday December 12th the last I’mPOSSIBLE Conversation of 2012 took place at Pearson PLC headquarters in London.

Author and journalist Hannah Pool presided over proceedings during the evening while panelists Foluke Akinlose MBE (founder of Precious), model Rachel Ritfeld, Rachel Springate (founder of Enright Entertainment) and  Louise Powell (former head of Harrods Womenswear International Designer Collections Department and now co-founder and CEO of LK Resourcing Ltd), spoke honestly and frankly about their careers, personal lives and obstacles that they have each faced and in some cases continue to face.

There were some truly inspiring and deeply personal stories told throughout the evening and once again I left Pearson headquarters ready to kick down doors and take on the world.
