This woman is so jarring. Yes, you’re ‘best friends’ with Jay and Bey – who cares! Yes, you tweeted the name of the song, but you obviously weren’t talking ABOUT the song when you tweeted the caption alongside the photo in question – you were referring to being surrounded by “ni**as in Paris” (literally) and expected everyone to be clutching their sides, laughing along at your oh-so-witty humour, whilst also acknowledging how cool you are for being accepted into hip hop social circles.
You can’t even get mad, Jay and Kanye encouraged this foolishness…kmt!

Presumably everyone has read the same tweet so why has the fact that she wasn’t just tweeting the song title escaped so many?
All I’m saying is if you are not black don’t say it, write it, tweet it etc. I don’t care what the context is. Black people are not all the same and our feelings towards this word aren’t the same but just err on the side of caution and just don’t – point blank, period, full stop.
