A man said to be in his late teens/early twenties was stabbed to death today in broad daylight on Oxford Street during the height of the Boxing Day sales. A number of arrests have been made.

The victim is believed to have been stabbed outside the Footlocker shop at the junction of Stratford place.
The stabbing caused chaos on the busy shopping street on the opening day of the post-Christmas sales after police cordoned off much of the area, causing many shops to close their doors. Hundreds of thousands of shoppers were in the area, with many stuck behind police cordons.
An employee at the nearby Disney Store said the shop had been forced to close, adding: “We are being quite badly affected – we are unlikely to open again today.” The cordon continued west along Oxford Street towards Selfridges.
A Metropolitan police spokesman said: “The victim was stabbed at the junction between Oxford Street and Stratford Place, close to Bond Street tube station, at about 13.45 GMT. Continue Reading….

UPDATE: Around ten people have been arrested after the fatal stabbing of an 18-year old man.

Another reason why people should be allowed to arm themselves with a weapon and carry it for protection. This is nothing though, watch when the water and food riots start, people will be trying to break into your house for grub and will not hesitate to try and kill you in the process.
this area of oxford street is becoming a stabbing hotspot. bbc reports stabbing previous week and some other incidents in that area. What I dont get is shops complaining their businesses are being hurt when someone has lost their life. It’s not like they cant make that money back again.
I assume since they haven’t specified the color of the victim or the attackers, they are not Black?? Not that matter …..
Anyway, so now I won’t be able to shop there with a relaxed mind!

@Nick Turn switch on your TV, better yet look outside your window or go to any town centre on a Saturday night and witness the sheer criminality perpetrated by white people within the UK.
Scotland does not have a high population of black people but it also has the highest rates of knife crime within the UK. I’m sure you see what I’m getting at, or do you need “answers on a postcard too?” “Is this a tough one? (not)”
Criminality isn’t just a problem for the black community. Please sort out the mess in your own backyard before you start using black people as a scapegoat for the all problems in society.

Amen to that, I had a feeling that Nick was coming from that angle but I wasn’t too sure, nethertheless you have covered that angle neatly. I have said this time and time again, white people have some of the shortest memories on the planet.
