Will and Jada Smith’s daughter Willow’s debut single Whip My Hair generated  some positive feedback after it hit the Internet earlier this week, and now it’s been announced that the 9-year-old has signed to Jay-Z’s label Roc Nation.

Ryan Seacrest interviewed Willow on his radio show yesterday and then her label boss Jay-Z called in to the show.

Yes Jay of course you didn’t know that this was Will and Jada’s daughter when you first heard the track. STOP LIE!!!

After this interview Will and Jada then released this statement.

“After meeting with several record companies, it was clear that Jay-Z, Ty Ty, Jay Brown and the Roc Nation staff was the unquestionable choice. Their passion for Willow combined with their boundless vision and artistic integrity made Roc Nation the perfect home for our little girl.”

Right.. okay!

Anyway Willow seems like a nice little girl. I wish her the best of luck with her music career.
