UK MUSIC: ANGHA FT DELE – FOR YOU

Check out British Hip Hop duo Angha and their debut single For You, featuring Dele. For You is a well produced track, but it sounds very familiar, and has that late 90s / early noughties American R&B/Hip Hop saccharine sweat fusion going on. It actually reminds me of Jennifer Lopez’s 2001 hit featuring Nas, I’m Gonna Be Alright. Click HERE to watch. And for some reason Ja Rule’s 2004 track New York. Click HERE to watch. Duo Angha sound okay, but for []

NEW YORK TIMES MAGAZINE WRITER’S PROFILE ON ‘SINGER’ M.I.A CAUSES UPSET

This article has given me my first big laugh of the day. New York Times Magazine contributor Lynn Hirschberg has written an article about British “artist” M.I.A (real name Maya Arulpragasam), which has hilariously forced the grossly over-rated star to retaliate via her Twitter account, by childishly posting Hirschberg’s mobile number to her adoring followers. I doubt Hirschberg gives a toss Maya. Click here to read extracts from the article, and if you have time to spare the article in it’s entirety HERE. Maya you seriously need to get over herself luv. You really []
