Leona Lewis music is well embrace in the US. She has a huge following for a pop singer. Bleeding in love, and better in time have been number one in several radio stations, not to mention a huge rotation on MTV,BET,VH1. Whoever this Burke person is she better have a prudent marketing team.Labels can only do so much.
I don’t blame her for crossing over, I’v e heard some of the so-called “musicians” and could not stomach it.Janice sympathies with me on UK music. The videos are daunting and dry enough.
I’ve heard of her few black blogs. She has a small following. I heard she was gay or bi. Interesting but good luck. Maybe she’ll be a better artist than jim jones. 🙂
