I was first introduced to the sounds of UK rapper Podgy Figures back in 2005. I think he saw himself as being Britain’s answer to 50 Cent and had a relatively large fan base…..
Any way a friend emailed me his 2005 track ‘Podgy’ and I became instantly hooked. I still have it downloaded on my ipod.
Whenever I hear this track I just double up with laughter. I could be having the WORST day but this track always manages to bring on huge belly laugh. It’s hilariously bad.
I often wonder what became of Podgy. Is he still making music? Does anyone know what he is doing now?

podgy is from my ends, saw him just the other day – he’s still doing music, he’s just come out of pen, I’m sure your here more from him soon, I look at it like this, at least he lives what he speaks and isn’t a studio gangster… although I understand that he may not be everyone’s cup of tea, i guess he gets my support as he’s from my area,… lil bit biased I know 😉

Cuz if you know him be a good friend and let him know he should call it a rap, No one I know took this guy serious, the mere mention of his name brings laughter to all conversations.
