Reports suggest that rapper Eminem will headline Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday celebration concert in London on June 27th.
A source tells British newspaper The Sun, “We’re amazed to have Eminem on board. We wanted some of the greatest artists from recent times and Eminem was on the list. Brian (May) contacted Eminem’s management on the off-chance and never expected him to go for it. It’s going to be explosive stuff and it’s certainly a big stage to make his comeback.” (Source)

Im confused why Rap music in genaral would be headlining the event I would expect a genre like RnB Soul Jazz or alike, if it is Hip Hop though someone like Common or KRS 1 would be a better choice. I suppose Emenem is a better choice than Jim Jones though! lol
