Kanye West was photographed in Tokyo (Japan) last week. The star attended the screening of his film short Runaway. Kanye also screened the short here in London last week. Every media head seemed to be in attendance accept for, yes you guessed it, moi. Mad News gets no respect folks. 😀 Anyway check out pics of Kanye below.
