A 21-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a teenage girl stabbed to death in a housing estate in south London. The body of Arsema Dawit was found in a lift at Matheson Lang House, Baylis Road, Waterloo, on Monday. Stabbed to death: Arsema Dawit A 15-year-old girl stabbed to death in a block of flats in south London has been named by detectives. Arsema Dawit’s body was found in a lift at Matheson Lang House, Bayliss Road, Waterloo, on Monday at 1545 BST.
