Whitney Houston’s former sister-in-law Leolah Brown appeared on the Dr Drew show yesterday and accused singer/Whitney’s alleged boyfriend Ray-J (the brother of singer Brandy Norwood) of supplying the star with drugs. Via PunchBowl Blog I wondered how long it would be before Leolah started yapping again. She was the one responsible for exposing (via The National Enquirer) Whitney’s excessive drug use to world. But there is something so desperate and suspect about Ray-J that it wouldn’t surprise me if these accusations turned out to be true.

SONY MUSIC APOLOGISE FOR HIKING UP WHITNEY HOUSTON’S ALBUM PRICES JUST HOURS AFTER HER DEATH

Whatever Sony! Via BBC News Record label Sony has apologised for increasing the price of two Whitney Houston albums hours after her death on Saturday. The wholesale cost of the two LPs – Houston’s Ultimate Collection and Greatest Hits – went up by around £3 each, causing an automatic price increase on iTunes. WHITNEY HOUSTON DIES

Whitney Houston has died at the age of 48. The singer died in the Beverly Hills Hotel on the eve of the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. She had been due to attend a pre-awards party in the hotel organised by her long-time mentor and record industry executive Clive Davis on Saturday evening. A police spokesman told the BBC, “police were despatched, but paramedics, already at the hotel because of the party, attempted to resuscitate her, without success. She was pronounced dead []
