Former Choice FM presenter Daddy Ernie will join Internet radio station Vibes FM in the new year. Ernie will present his Superjam show on Mondays and Tuesdays, 8pm to 11pm. The first show will air on Monday 6 January. Visit: www.vibesfm.net In October Global Radio who owned Choice FM (now Capital Xtra) axed the DJ after 20 years of service. Congratulations Daddy Ernie.

REGGAE SINGER LUCIANO CHARGED WITH HARBOURING A FUGITIVE
Via BBC News Reggae singer Luciano has been charged with harbouring a fugitive who shot and wounded three police officers, Jamaican police have said. Police Superintendent McArthur Sutherland said the 44-year-old – real name Jepther McClymont – was charged and released after posting bail. The stand-off last week ended with the fugitive gunman, Andrew Senior, being killed at Luciano’s home in Kingston. Two of the injured officers are still being treated in hospital. Oh dear….smh….
