Sad, sad news folks…. The Guardian reports that rapper Giggs’ concert has been cancelled after police warned concert venues of safety concerns. Giggs, from Peckham, London, and recently signed to XL Recordings, was due to play 10 dates starting tomorrow in Birmingham. Her debut Speech Therapy, released last month, has not appeared in the UK album chart but sales will get a huge boost from her win. UK Rapper Professor Green was savagely attacked in the early hours of Saturday morning (May 23rd). During an altercation in a night club the East London born rapper was stabbed in the neck with a broken bottle. Green is currently in hospital recovering from his injuries.
