For the last week or so the news that rapper Rick Ross was actually a correctional officer back in the 1990s, and not in fact a major cocaine trafficker, has been blowing up all over the Internet. I saw the pictures of him posing in his uniform but held off from posting the news because he claimed that the pictures were photo-shopped (hmmmm) and that they were being circulated by folk who are jealous of his success in the rap world…. But reliable news source The Smoking Gun website has come up with the goods. […]
