Rapper Dizzee Rascal has knocked The Black Eyed Peas off the top of the UK singles chart. His single Bonkers a collaboration with DJ Armand Van Helden, debuted at number one after becoming the fastest-selling single of the year so far earlier this week. I don’t really understand why Bonkers is so popular BUT congratulations Dizzee.

The Sun reports today that rapper/singer Estelle ‘came within moments of being involved in a terrifying shoot-out’, which left rapper Dolla (real name Roderick Anthony Burton II dead. Estelle had apparently been at the mall where Burton was fatally shot on the 18th May just moments before and assured her friends and family via Twitter that she was safe.
