MOBO awards founder Kanya King held a press conference  today and announced that the 2011 ceremony will take place in Glasgow (Scotland). She also confirmed that the event will be held in Glasgow in 2013, and on it’s the 20th anniversary in 2015. I think that this is a good move. Well it’s finally here folks – The Diddy, Dirty Money, Skepta video. When the remix track hit the Internet earlier this year (featuring the UK’s Skepta), feelings were ‘hurt’ this side of the Atlantic because US websites (namely Worldstar)/blogs failed to acknowledge it. But we now have a video to support the track so it may peak their interest this time. By the way I like this remix. I have to applaud Skepta he did a good job. UK NEWS: TRANSSEXUAL JESUS SPARKS PROTESTS

Via BBC News About 300 protesters held a candlelit protest outside a Glasgow theatre over the staging of a play which portrays Jesus as a transsexual. The protest was held outside the Tron Theatre, where Jesus Queen of Heaven, in which Christ is a man who wants to become a woman, is being staged. SINGER KELLY ROWLAND FURIOUS OVER MOBO SOUND PROBLEMS

Oh dear….. Via Digital Spy Kelly Rowland has called for an apology from MOBO organisers, claiming that her performance at the awards ceremony was affected by poor sound quality. The former Destiny’s Child star, who sang her David Guetta collaboration ‘When Love Takes Over’ at the event in Glasgow, admitted that she “struggled” because of the technical problems. 2009 MOBO AWARDS – TONIGHT!!!

Yes folks it’s finally here!!!! Coverage of tonights MOBO Awards ceremony will air live on BBC 3 at 9pm and you can catch it again on Friday 2nd October, on BBC 1 at 10.40pm Artists performing live at the SECC in Glasgow (Scotland) tonight will include Tinchy Stryder, N-Dubz, Chipmunk, Ironik, Jermaine Jackson and Keri Hilson, as well as JLS, Diversity, Flawless and Shaheen (the young Britain’s Got Talent contestent who sang at Michael Jackson’s memorial)  I’ve also heard that the world’s fastest man Usain Bolt will be there to present an award.
