UK NEWS: DENTIST CHARGED WITH STEALING £1M IN ‘BIGGEST EVER’ NHS FAKE INVOICE FRAUD

Via The Mail A woman dentist has been charged with stealing £1million from the NHS in one of the biggest ever alleged frauds in the history of the health service. Dr Joyce Trail, 48, has been suspended from her West Midlands practice after being accused of submitting up to 5,000 bogus patient invoices.   The dentist, who also runs a medical spa offering Botox and ‘smile makeovers’, was arrested after the NHS Counter Fraud Team and police launched an investigation into payment invoices []
