This terrible assault took place in Seattle, Washington, and yes victim is black. I’m surprised that she received medical attention, because isn’t it usually standard practice to just leave us wounded and dying in holding cells like animals? I hope and pray that they throw the book at Deputy Paul Sheen, but I think we all know what the outcome will be……
