I was told yesterday that he rehearsed the entire 3 hour show but the following day complained of being in extreme pain. People have said that during this rehearsal Michael looked fit and well. But in my opinion, he quite looks frail and very thin in these photographs. I still cannot believe he’s gone….. Rest In Peace Michael.
