Via Digital Spy Nigerian playwright Wole Soyinka has branded a BBC documentary about the slums in Lagos “condescending” and “colonialist”. Aired on BBC Two, three-episode mini-series Welcome To Lagos tracked people living in the poorest areas of the Nigerian city to celebrate their industriousness. N-Dubz appeared on GMTV earlier this week and group member Dappy addressed the recent photographs that exposed him taking the illegal substance Meow Meow (Mephedrone). Well that was embarrassing to watch! And what is Tulisa talking about? “I don’t condone drugs. I’ve never touched them, never will”. I’m sure it has been documented in the N-Dubz official book that she abused drugs as a teenager.
