Jay-Z’s neighbours are currently jumping for joy after the rapper purchased a generator for their hurricane hit apartment building. According to Page Six Jigga along with his wife and child fled the building before Hurricane Sandy hit New York to stay in the lavish Mandarin Oriental Hotel. But a thoughtful Jay decided to help out his neighbours by supplying them with a generator.
