The actor’s lawyer, Michael Ossi, said Jett Travolta, who was 16, suffered a seizure, and attempts to revive him at the scene failed. Thompson of The Nation revealed that after Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans in 2005, white vigilante groups patrolled the city, blockaded streets, and shot at least eleven black men.
