STEVE JOBS RESIGNS AS CEO FOR APPLE INC
It’s just been announced that Steve Jobs has resigned as Chief Executive for Apple Inc. The 55-year-old co-founder of the company who survived pancreatic cancer has been on medical leave for an undisclosed condition since January 17. Apple said Steve Jobs has been elected chairman and Tim Cook has been elected CEO. Source

The Jamaica Star reports that a man has been convicted of child abuse after beating and injuring his 5-year-old stepson .Why? Because the little boy took bites out of his dumplings. Dalry Palmer, 30, a labourer from Old Harbour, St Catherine was given a 2-year suspended sentence in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.
