The ‘God MC’ Rakim will finally release his long-awaited new album Seventh Seal on the 23rd November. Guest artists featured on the album include Busta Rhymes, Jadakiss, Maino, Styles P, and Rakim’s daughter Destiny Griffin. I listened to the album last night and Rakim is still a master lyricist. In my humble opinion that will NEVER change. When I hear him rap it takes me back to a time when only the skilled and talented ruled the world of Hip Hop. Awww…those were the days….. [Thanks Nessa] Via The Guardian The advertising regulator has cleared Cadbury of racism and perpetuating colonial stereotypes of African people in its latest TV advertising campaign. Cadbury’s campaign featured Ghanaian musician Tinny and aimed to promote the chocolate brand’s tie-up with the Fairtrade organisation for cocoa from the African nation for its Dairy Milk range.
