It has been announced that British actor David Ajala will star in the new season of Supergirl.

Ajala will play the iconic DC character Manchester Black, the type of guy who brings a knife to a gunfight and still walks away the winner. With a dark past, he easily deflects the brutality of his mission with his charm and sense of humor.

Ajala told Mad News:

I’m a huge DC fan. Getting to work with Heath Ledger on the Dark Knight was an amazing experience and now I am just as excited to be working on DC’s Supergirl.

Supergirl returns for its fourth season in October.
