It’s been announced that Alec Boateng (also known as Twin B) has been appointed co-head of A&R at Atlantic Records UK. He will help to oversee the Atlantic A&R team, joint projects, as well as maintaining his own artist roster.

The Record label A&R and radio personality has been instrumental in the recent signing to Atlantic of Stormzy and his #Merky label deal. He has also helped to develop UK acts Kojo Funds and WSTRN .

Boateng said:

Boateng will co-head the A&R department alongside Briony Turner.
