Grime star Wiley (real name Richard Cowie) has been included in the Queen’s New Years Honours list and will receive an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire), for his services to music.

The “Godfather of Grime” said: “I’m honoured to be receiving an MBE. It feels like the school grade I wanted and didn’t get but now I’m finally there”.

Music manager (Skepta’s manager) and producer Grace Ladoja, is also being awarded an MBE, for her services to music.
