Congratulations goes out to my dear friend Vanessa Wallace who has won a Gold medal at the Fazza Championships (World Para Athletics Grand Prix event), in Dubai. She won the F34 Shot Put with a best of 7.06 metres.

Vanessa also took home a second Gold medal at the Sharjah International Open Athletics Meeting.
