Ronke Oke

Ronke Oke (formally Ige) will receive a BEM (British Empire Medal) from the Queen for her services to business and charity.

The owner of Bread + Butter and ambassador to the Prince’s Trust, has over 17 years of experience as a marketing and communications consultant and has developed and implemented communications strategies and managed press activity for leading brands/charitable organisations, including the ACLT (African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust).

Oke is also the founder and director of Emi & Ben Natural Skincare.  The brand was set up in 2009 to inspire and support women across West Africa and to achieve her own dreams of developing a business centred around West Africa’s beauty secret; Unrefined Shea butter.
