Lenny Henry’s fight for more diversity on British television screens and behind the scenes has really lit a fire under the backsides of BBC executives.
But I do wonder what the TV landscape might have looked like today had he decided to spearhead a campaign of this nature 30 years ago, when he was head black entertainer at the BBC.
Anyway, a world of opportunity awaits!
