The Voice reports that Martell Warren (22) has been charged with the murder of 24-year-old Sabrina Moss and injuring a second woman, also 24, in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The mother of one from Neasden was shot in the chest in High Road, Kilburn, at around 4am.

Warren will appear before Highbury Corner Magistrates Court tomorrow.
