Those of you who are regular visitors to Mad News will remember Sean Fury. Sean brought us the “classic” single Bi-Racial and many many more “classic hits”.
This morning I came across Sean’s latest single ‘She Said No No No’ and I am still stunned. He touches on a very serious subject matter here (rape/sexual assault) but the music does not reflect this. The single has an uptempo beat and his singing/tone and the lyrics… well you will all hear for yourselves.
This is supposed to be an anti-rape song but I keep thinking he sounds like a man who is singing about a secret sexual fantasy.
As for the video… It’s just BAD!!!
Sean should have stayed clear of this subject matter.

I saw this a few months ago. It was then that I realised that Sean Fury wasn’t going to win a Grammy for his contribution to music. Such a shame.
(I am being sarcastic for those that don’t know me)
What was he thinking???? There are so many things wrong here….
The video quality is bad for sure, but the lyrics and message of the video don’t seem to be promoting rape. In fact, it seems like they do the opposite. Ol’ Boy not only gets beat up but arrested @ the end.
How comes he has the budget for studio, recording, post production, video and editing? What a waste of funds.

I was thinking today how he must be self-funding his musical dream. Wonder how long it’ll last?
As for the song and video – it’s really weird! Anti rape yes, but handled in a bizarre way. Why did he have to show/describe the rape in so much detail? “made her swallow” etc – the bit where the rapist get’s caught is almost an afterthought.
Lyrics that raised an eyebrow….
“she screamed out stop your hurting me, as he entered her womb constantly”.
“While pumping on the floor, kept calling her a whore, sodomized her more, opened her to the core”
Yeah, he was super creative when describing the rape, but at the end it was just – “he won’t be raping anymore [repeat]”
Bizarre….
