In The Deep is about four fun-loving best friends who live in the heart of East London, each harbouring secrets of their own. It’s a story about people, their loves, lives and lies as they go about their daily routine telling stories that we can all relate to.
Ade, stuck between two worlds, Nigerian and gay. He lives a double life, hiding his relationships on both ends; Emilia has the confusing ‘thing’ with Riley her straight best friend; Wesley looking for that love thing and two come at once; Rene happy go carefree whose life is about to hit a brick wall.

I hope the story lines are not going to be all about sex and they will have more to the stories, otherwise they will become predictable and eventually boring, like any other dramma, film or series that takes the same approach.
And i do not think that the profanity is gelling in well with them. It does not seem to naturally flow off their tongues, therefore sounding a lil bit too artificial and forced and out of place.
