Via BBC News South African athlete Oscar Pistorius, who faces murder charges over the fatal shooting of his girlfriend, has been granted bail after a four-day hearing. Billboard reports that megastar and the always engaging Beyonce has signed a global publishing agreement deal with Warner/Chappell Music. Warner/Chappell headed by chairman/CEO Cameron Strang will administer the star’s future songwriting, including her anticipated next album. Over the weekend singer Rihanna unveiled her clothing collection for high street chain River Island at London Fashion Week. CLICK HERE to view more photographs. The last time I ventured in to River Island (by accident) was back in the early noughties. Anyway I like Rihanna but there is nothing original or innovative about this collection. I remember women rocking some of these styles back in the 90s. The designers behind this collection are lazy. But the collection will sell simply because Rihanna’s name is attached to it.
