So this was Oprah’s “no holds barred” interview with Beyonce. I admire and respest Oprah but as expected this was just a 40 minute lickfest.
When Oprah switches in to licky licky mode it is always uncomfortable to watch.
And as for Beyonce… well…same old same old. For some strange reason the woman always fails to convince in her interviews.

Well, everyone knows how I feel about Boring-ce, she’s a yawnfest. And this interview with Oprah is a yawnfest too. Colloquially, we call it “chatting shit”. Where art meets God? Spare me. Sadly, I think far fewer people than you’d expect care about “the real Beyonce” is, and her documentary looks like self-indulgent drivel. I know people criticise her for being too private, then she opens up people say, ‘oh shut up’. But it’s because **everything** she does is contrived. Even when she’s being open, it’s controlled, planned and too thought out. And it’s not appealing.
I choked on my toast when Oprah said “where art meets God”. What are you talking about woman??? Just stop!
WOW! I adore Aunty O but this is just ridiculous! I couldn’t make it past the first 10 minutes. I’m not a Beyonce fan but no matter where I turn she appears like “magic” as O kept referring to her. With so much influence I really wish Aunty O would just ask some REAL questions…this was like some bizarre weird…”Kelly was there with me for 2 weeks, she didn’t have to be…” that’s called not having a job, a life or a point! CORNY as hell interview! Urghhhh! They were pretty much sucking up to each other…Beyonce has ZERO personality!
Oprah talked more than Beyonce did.
