It must be so nice for the patients and their relatives that Ms. Crummey has time to care for. Are we sure that Ms. Crummey actually is a nurse, or in fact a Care Assistant? The Nursing and Midwifery Council will no doubt be checking to see if Ms. Crummey is registered with them and if not, then hopefully will take legal action for posing as a nurse. Axbridge must be proud to have Ms. Crummey in their midst, as must be her employer.
