  1. Its a lot better than you think.

Definitely the best “Urban” film since Kidulthood.

Ok not an outstanding threshold but for a film debut it does put others in the Genre’s to shame.

  2. I’m not gonna judge but I’ve watched so many of these kinds of English films and they’re always the same and this looks like another one. It’s another straight to TV film which you really be a drama. The UK doesn’t seem to progress.

  3. Everybody seems to think that they can come at this “on road” topic from a different angle and make it seems unique. So Revolver entertainment has graced us with yet another “on road, bredder, what blud” film. Haven’t we had enough of this crap yet?

I agree with you verbs totally. I had enough of this over 10 years ago, after I watched Bulletboy with Ashley Walters in, these films are tired and don’t move me at all. They’re just emotionless crap. You have to come with a different angle but these guys don’t get it. Look at the film Tsotsi in South Africa for example it’s still about a guy from the ghetto but he steals a car with a baby in the back and then it’s about his relationship with the baby, the story has a hook. All these UK films do is peddle the negative black sterotypes which are destroying our race.

  5. Hate the song and the video! Just another vilification of council estates. people that commit crime in London come from many different types of housing. Didn’t know that Plan B did this type of music anymore.

  6. I remember being asked to go to one of Plan B’s concerts years ago with a friend of mine of who was interviewing him this was after he’d just dropped his first album. I remember the bouncers on the door wouldn’t let me in because they didn’t like the look of me lol, but Plan B coming out and bringing me in. I respected him for that, but then after backstage all he spoke about was how road he was, and how because he’s from East London no one can fuck with him. I remember thinking this guys a fool.

  7. Looks interesting enough. I mean we don’t get these films here in the states. So I’ll be there opening weekend…i will check it out. Then give my honest opinion. But I must add of course it’s going to be crap. I mean let’s be for real! But I still will see it only because it’s different for me being a Black American.

  8. Hmm, well, I like the song. I’d would like to know what this movie will bring to the table that others urban UK tales haven’t done already, but the trailer did make it look possibly interesting.

LOOOOOOOL i will forever call these films ‘on road bredder what blud’ films. Classic.

Kidulthood was crap when it came out, just shows the low levels of this film industry if that is the bar. These kids need to take a few creative writing courses. One topic one trick ponies all shite.

  10. @ Chico Rei

“All these UK films do is peddle the negative black sterotypes which are destroying our race”.

As per usual Chico, spot on the mark, which is actually the agenda of a certain sect of people.
